How do I print my certificate?
Navigate to the “completed” area of your transcript. To the right of each completed course, there is a carrot dropdown menu. Select “View Certificate” from that menu. You can then print your certificate or save as a PDF file. Note that If a course is no longer active, you can still print your certificate from that same dropdown menu.
Are your courses eligible for CEUs?
The
majority of our courses are eligible for credits with both AACN and ASRT. For specific
information
on the number of credits for a course, please view each course description.
If I change hospitals, how do I update my contact
information?
Please send an email to academyinfo@abiomed.com if you have any questions regarding your account information or need to make changes. If you would like to change your password, select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner. Then select “My Account” and then “Change Password”.
The courses won’t play on my computer.
What are the system requirements? Abiomed Academy is supported by most
current web browsers including: Microsoft Edge for Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge Chromium),
and the latest versions of Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
Is your course content available in other languages?
Currently the course content on Abiomed Academy is
only available in English.
I would like the staff at my hospital trained on
using the Impella heart
pump. Do you conduct in-person training?
Yes, our specialized field team conducts training at
hospitals and can train your staff onsite. For more information, click HERE.
I failed my exam. How do I retake it?
Open the course curriculum and navigate back to the test.
Click “retake” to launch the exam. Note that exams may be only be attempted three times.
